We're seeking a Video Editor who can turn raw travel moments (not just footage) into compelling stories that inspire our tribe to seek more from their everyday lives. This isn't a traditional video editing role – you'll need to blend technical expertise with creative storytelling, crafting memorable content that resonates across different corners of the internet while maintaining the authentic, transparent voice that makes Scapia unique.
Reporting to the Creative Lead, you'll work closely with our content creators and marketing team to deeply understand our brand voice and craft narratives that matter. You'll have significant creative autonomy to shape how one of India's most innovative travel-fintech brands shows up across social media.
Transform live-action travel footage into engaging, platform-optimized content that inspires wanderlust
Develop novel approaches for product launches and feature announcements that blend travel inspiration with fintech innovation
Create authentic, relatable content that speaks to our tribe's aspirations while maintaining transparency about our financial products
Build and nurture Scapia's presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn through consistent, high-quality video content
Collaborate with in-house creators and external agencies to ensure visual consistency across all branded content
Stay ahead of emerging video trends while ensuring all content aligns with Scapia's brand guidelines
High engagement rates on social media content that drives meaningful conversation about travel and financial wellness
Consistent delivery of video content that balances aspiration with authenticity
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns
Innovation in visual storytelling that sets Scapia apart in both travel and fintech spaces
3-4 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing travel or lifestyle content
Deep understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong technical aptitude combined with an eye for emotional storytelling
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining brand consistency
A genuine passion for travel and helping others explore the world
Experience in financial services or the travel industry is a plus
