We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience to lead the design of Scapia’s B2C travel & cards experience for the users.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end design process: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
- Deeply understand users and their needs
- Design and iterate on high-quality deliverables
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define problems and craft impactful solutions
- Conduct usability testing and leverage insights to refine experiences
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights in making day-to-day design and product decisions
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality
- Act as a thought partner to your Product Manager, influencing product strategy and roadmap
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of UX/Product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Strong user-centric design thinking
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, meet deadlines, ensuring reliability
- Experience building products for mobile apps
- A problem-solving mindset, focusing on outcomes and not output
- Proactive and comfortable with working autonomously
- Strong interaction design and visual design skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to balance speed with attention to detail
- Ability to connect design decisions to business and user impact
