The Role
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director – Copy. Someone who’s led teams, shipped strong work, and still enjoys rolling up their sleeves.
You’ll lead the voice of the brand across every format: a script, a tweet, a push notification, a product explainer, or a 6-second YouTube bumper. You’ll also mentor other writers, work directly with product and design, and shape campaigns from the inside.
This isn’t a figurehead role. It’s hands-on, high-impact, and foundational to how Scapia shows up in the world.
What You'll Do
Write headlines, scripts, long-form, short-form, everything in between
Lead the brand tone across channels—social, product, CRM, website, ads, performance
Translate complex product features into language people understand and care about
Partner with product, design, growth, and marketing teams to shape ideas from scratch
Review and guide the work of other writers, pushing for clarity and craft
Help build systems and playbooks that scale the brand voice
Contribute to shoots, reviews, and brainstorms—not just copy, but creative thinking
What We're Looking For
At least 8 years of writing experience at agencies, brands, or both
A portfolio that shows clear thinking, original ideas, and a strong sense of tone
Experience managing or mentoring creatives
Ability to work fast and smart—this role is high velocity
A sharp editorial instinct: what to say, how to say it, and when to say less
Comfort with ambiguity and evolving briefs
A love for travel, and a belief in what it does to people
