We are hiring for Category Manager – Airport Privileges. You will own one of Scapia’s most exciting and high-potential offerings – Airport privileges . This is a first-of-its-kind offering in the market, and you’ll have the unique opportunity to build this category from the ground up – shaping its strategy, structure, and scale.

You’ll play a critical role in driving adoption, crafting delightful experiences, exploring innovative partnerships, and delivering strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Ownership: Own end-to-end charter for Airport Privileges with full responsibility for adoption, experience, and profitability.

  • Partnership Development: Identify and onboard external partners to improve value proposition

  • P&L & Performance Management: Manage performance metrics including adoption rates, cost structures, and contribution margins. Make data-driven decisions to drive growth and efficiency.

  • User Understanding & Experimentation: Analyze customer behavior to uncover actionable insights. Leverage these to craft intuitive, high-impact experiences that boost adoption. Embrace a test-and-learn approach, with rapid experimentation and iteration at the core.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing to drive visibility, user education, and growth across channels.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in category management, business development, or strategic partnerships.

  • A strong track record of working with external partners and scaling new offerings.

  • Solid understanding of P&L drivers and data-led decision-making.

  • Strong communication and influence skills across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Self-starter mindset with a bias for action – someone who thrives in building 0→1.
