Portfolio Manager – Card Business

As the Portfolio Manager – Card Business, you will own and drive growth for
key features and Revenue levers within Scapia’s credit card portfolio. This is a
high-impact role where you will shape product offerings, enhance user
experience, and directly contribute to the card business's revenue and
contribution margin.
You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize user adoption, increase engagement,
and strengthen business performance through data-driven experimentation,
deep user insights, and strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities
Category Ownership: Own the end-to-end charter for high-priority
features within the card ecosystem – including strategy, roadmap, and
execution.
Growth & Adoption: Drive initiatives to increase feature adoption, user
engagement, and repeat usage across card-linked offerings.
Revenue & Profitability: Manage P&L levers to grow contribution
margin through better monetization, usage patterns, and cost
optimization.
User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with product, design, and
marketing to enhance user journeys and deliver frictionless, impactful
experiences.
Partner Collaboration: Coordinate with banking and ecosystem
partners to shape policies, expand offerings, and ensure seamless
execution.


What You’ll Need
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user behavior and performance
data to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering,
design, and marketing teams to drive execution and impact.
3–5 years of experience in category management or P&L ownership.
Experience managing the P&L or portfolio of financial products will be a
strong advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially
with external partners like banks.
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and
enjoys building from the ground up.
