We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Merchandiser. This role involves developing and implementing online merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales on digital platforms. The person in this role will be crucial in shaping the aesthetic and functionality of the online storefront, ensuring products are presented engagingly and accessibly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines, marketing campaigns, and business objectives
- Curate and optimize product listings, including managing images, descriptions, and catalog structure
- Analyze performance data, such as conversion and click-through rates, to refine strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product development teams
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions and site-wide campaigns to highlight key products
What you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Product Merchandising, or Graphic Design is typically required.
- 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce merchandising, online retail, or related roles.
- Analytical mindset with understanding of website metrics and conversion optimization and a keen sense for visual presentation
- High ownership mindset, ability to hustle, and a bias for action
- Excellent stakeholder management – internal and external
- Comfort with ambiguity and eagerness to build from 0 to 1
