We are looking for a Performance Marketer who will drive growth by planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to drive user acquisition and engagement.
Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Budget & Strategy: Create detailed campaign plans outlining budget allocation, channel selection, messaging, and creative elements, ensuring efficient allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
Creative Optimization: Work with internal teams (Creative, Content, Analytics) to understand business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages are optimized for performance.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to refine marketing strategies.
Market & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging ad platforms, and best practices to implement innovative marketing strategies.
Growth Opportunities: Identify new opportunities for expanding reach, increasing conversions, and optimizing spend to scale campaigns effectively.
What you'll need:
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing—preferably in a fintech, travel, or startup environment.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc. is a plus).
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other attribution tools.
Experience in budget management, CAC optimization, and scaling paid campaigns.
Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, and product teams.
