We are seeking a Holiday Sales Consultant to be the bridge between high-intent leads and unforgettable journeys. This is a consultative, customer-facing role where you’ll engage with potential travelers, understand their aspirations, and guide them towards choosing the right immersive travel experience.
Unlike transactional sales, this role demands relationship-building, storytelling, and the ability to position the emotional value of travel. You will not be a “pushy” salesperson – you will be a trusted advisor, ensuring that every traveler feels informed, excited, and confident about joining our curated journeys.
Lead Engagement & Conversion: Manage high-potential inbound leads (400+ invite requests per trip), conduct structured consultative conversations, and convert interest into confirmed bookings.
Customer Discovery: Uncover traveler motivations, preferences, and concerns to tailor trip recommendations effectively.
Product Knowledge & Storytelling: Present itineraries, inclusions, and logistics with clarity while bringing the trip alive through compelling storytelling.
Relationship Building: Establish rapport quickly, becoming a trusted advisor who guides customers through their decision-making journey.
Sales Excellence: Drive conversions for high-ticket, curated holidays while maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
Organization & Follow-up: Maintain accurate lead records, track follow-ups, and ensure no customer touchpoint is missed.
Customer Experience Advocacy: Champion Scapia’s brand promise of deeply immersive travel, ensuring every interaction reflects our ethos.
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in travel, lifestyle, events, education, or other consultative, high-involvement industries.
Proven track record of success in high-ticket, non-transactional sales.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on trust-building, emotional engagement, and delivering premium services.
