As we scale our impact, we’re looking for a senior professional for Strategic Partnerships to lead our efforts across the global travel ecosystem – including but not limited to Tourism Boards, Airlines, and Hotel Chains.




What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive strategic partnerships with Tourism Boards, Airlines, and Hotel Chains to power travel growth and unlock co-branded campaigns.

  • Design and launch Scapia-exclusive offers – think special fares, bonus loyalty rewards, seasonal hotel deals, and more.

  • Pitch and sell integrated media and promotional campaigns through Scapia’s channels: app placements, loyalty nudges, experiential integrations, and email/push marketing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, marketing, finance, CRM) to bring campaigns to life.

  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize partner outcomes through data-backed insights.

  • Represent Scapia at key travel, tourism, and hospitality industry events across APAC and beyond.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and close high-value deals with accountability across the full sales cycle.




What We’re Looking For

  • 6-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or media sales – ideally in travel & hospitality or advertising.

  • A deep network within Tourism Boards, Airlines, and Hotel Chains across India and APAC.

  • Strong storytelling and pitch capabilities – you can sell a dream backed by data.

  • Proven experience running co-marketing or co-funded campaigns with measurable outcomes.

  • Comfort with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and understanding of platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.

  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet partners and represent Scapia globally.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit – someone who’s proactive, strategic, and can hustle when needed.
