We’re looking for a marketer with strong hands-on experience in running and scaling paid campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Google and Meta ads and external marketing partners (e.g., affiliates, aggregators, ecommerce partners) to drive high-quality user acquisition at scale. You’ll be a key member of our growth team, responsible for performance-driven planning, execution, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with affiliate partners, e-commerce platforms, and other media partners to acquire quality users efficiently.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding, and budget pacing.
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including CPI/CAC, CTR.
Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and platform updates.
Profile:
3–4 years of experience in digital marketing
Experience working with external partners like affiliate networks, aggregators, and marketplaces.
Deep understanding of campaign attribution, tracking, and conversion funnels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
